John and his son were very thorough on the inspection of my home. They caught things I would never have noticed. My realtor arranged with Joe Coppinger to remove a satellite dish and patch the wood on a home I bought. He was supposed to call me to arrange when to do it. He did not come, did not call, did not do the work. She called him and emailed. I emailed. Nothing. She finally had to hire someone else. I would not use him for anything based on this experience.

Showed up on time and gave estimate in a timely manner. All work was done professionally and priced fairly.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY PROVIDE SUB-PAR SERVICES AND ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNRESPONSIVE. THE WORK THEY DID DID NOT LAST AND CAUSE SEVERE DAMAGE TO MY HOME. I AM IN THE PROCESS OF LEGAL ACTIONS AGAINST THEM NOW.

Joe comes over at the specified time. Once, when he was running late at another job, he called me beforehand. Joe patched and painted the textured walls perfectly. He redid the job of a previous painter and did it beautifully. Joe identified a problem with a bad fuse and fixed it. An electrician had given me a very expensive estimate. Joe fixed it the right way, and with a reasonable price. Joe is competent, honest and courteous. I would hire him again in a minute!

I originally had this company do the estimates on repairs for my home purchase bid. They were timely and at reasonable cost estimate but forgot to tell me that they charge $100 on these if they don't get the work. They did tell me what they could not do and later what they recommended I not do because it was an inspection requirement but not cost effective for the real risk. I did purchase the home and arranged to do the repairs. Between the time of purchase and the repair date, El Paso had a major freeze. I called them in a panic when one of the pipes burst. They actually came out right away and stopped the leak. I was not living in the house so the water could be turned off until the repairs could be done. They took care of part of the problem that same day and finished at the end of the week planned appointment. They showed up for the planned appointment at the expected time and got the work done for less than the estimate. Joe took the time to explain to me what he was doing with the electrical and why. I was generally pleased with the work but have one outside faucet that sprays water all over and the microwave circuit has cut out - will have them come back to work on it. Unfortunately, I won't have a clue what the cost will be until they get here. The biggest problem is trying to get a hold of them and getting bids in advance. I was going to have them lay my floors but I could never get them to submit the bid. They promised it by the Monday after they did these repairs, but it never came and I ended up giving the bid to someone else. I have left emails without ever getting a response and Joe's phone is so busy that even if you leave a message, he doesn't always return it. In short, his biggest problem is that he is too busy. I will be hiring them again. Partially that will be because they are good value for the money and partially because I like Joe and his willingness to explain to me.

I had a really good experience with him. He is an excellent painter for both interior and exterior. He also does all sorts of maintenance work and construction. He was really outstanding. He was on time and he responded to my questions immediately via email. He left my yard absolutely clean every evening. He was polite and gave estimates via email. He answered all my questions and completed the work on time and within budget. He was a very nice guy that I was happy to have in my home. He was honest and a very, very good person. My electricity went out and I couldn't get hold of the electric company so I called him and he drove over and located the master switch. He didn't charge me. He is a darling guy.
