Description of Work: Mow,edge,blower--this was a maintenance visit as I have been using their services for 20 years and they always leave your yard looking good.

Description of Work: We hired them to mow our yard while we were out of town. They quoted $50.00 per mow for our 1,000 square feet and were scheduled to mow three times. I thought that since they had such a good rating we could trust them and they would be worth the high cost. They said the cost was high because they had to travel here even though their ratings showed them as working in the neighborhood (Mission Hills). We had a house sitter while we were gone and she was supposed to keep an eye open. When they missed the first appointment, she stated calling them, they never returned her call. They ended up only mowing once, and blamed the weather. I know it rained during the month we were gone, but it is not likely they had only one opportunity. We have been home for a month, and they have called a couple of times to arrange to come and pick up payment and return our gate key, but have not shown up when scheduled. It is sad, because I was hoping they'd be so good I could hire them permenantly, and was thinking of this as an audition.

Description of Work: Roberto Jimenez owns this business and he provides a weekly mowing, and if needed, a trimming of trees and or bushes. His team works very well together, and they all have their own duties to complete. They are swift and very capable leaving nothing behind (refuse of any kind). I would, and have, recommended this business to others.
