Horrible. The company name he now goes under is Roofing Solutions. Beware as he changed the name because he was in trouble with the BBB.
Description of Work: Never showed up, poor workmanship that leaked, no follow up, did not deliver on promises or contract.

Dear, Mam we are sorry you feel that way or any inconvenience we have caused to you our goal is to give our clients their satisfaction and that was our intentions with you as our client to give you our best and keep you happy and satisfied. Once again we apologize for any inconvenience we might have caused to you or your family. Biggest issue on your home was that it was not waterproofed properly when built and that is why you have those issues where you have them. We did show up and always answered your calls have never rejected our service or warranty we honor our warranty and therefore we are still available to you to fix issue. To be honest we have never been in trouble with the BBB as we have resolved any issues that might have arose and have a good rating with them and that was not by far the cause of name change. We would gladly give you or anyone the reason for name change. We still honor our warranty to you mam and we truly want you to be happy. Thank you and God Bless
