Description of Work: Scheduled an appointment with Jake after he was 1 hour late I decided to call him. About 15 minutes after him not answering my call, he sent me a text saying he was not able to make it. I strongly believe that he forgot about our appointment. I do not have any sympathy for contractors who do not follow through their obligations. He could have at lease called me instead having me waste my time waiting for him.

+ -1 moreI found Jake's Electrical on Craigslist. I originally found him to do some work for my parents. He is creative. He is the kind of guy who will look at a situation and say we can do it your way, but have you considered x. Which in this case was a lot more logical than my way. He is clean, fast, and he is very reasonable. He is young and extremely personable. He knows his stuff. He has his journeyman's license. At his regular job he is the lead electrician.
Description of Work: Jake's Electrical added an outlet for me, moved a switch, tested some circuits, and he figured out why a TV electric that was fresh out of the boxwasn't working.
