Innovative Trades, LLC was established in El Paso, Texas in 2012. We are a multifaceted company that brings several “trades” under one roof to benefit each project large or small in terms of efficiency and effectiveness to get the best end result. What sets us apart is that we offer service and repair as well as full construction and remodeling. We are not a “handyman type” but rather a professional service provider that brings skilled and experienced in-house licensed tradesmen into each project so that the most knowledgeable team is on site. In other words we are state licensed and qualified to perform the work on your plumbing, electrical, structural and repair projects. With many years of experience in their respective trades our staff is poised to make your project, service or maintenance need a breeze. Our Team: Rudy V. is the primary licensed professional in all trades. He brings a wealth of experience in plumbing, electrical, remodeling and customer service. He is a hands on working member of the team, with the ability to listen emphatically to understand the issue at hand and offer viable cost effect solutions. Rudy’s experience and out of the box thinking is what brings the Innovative edge to our company. Rachel V. takes the lead role in running the business operations handling all aspects of the administrative and customer service duties for the company. She is the person who is eager to hear about your situation and schedule the team best fit for the issue at hand. With Rachel’s extensive experience in customer service, she will help decipher the issue, take the necessary information and provide you with the scheduling that suites your availability. In addition, she is our administrative back bone ensuring all the t’s are crossed and all of the i’s are dotted.

Description of Work: Made several contacts for initial meeting and finally met for appraisal and estimate. Owner said it would take a couple of weeks to prepare estimate, which I thought was quite a long time. I agreed since I had a fairly flexible schedule. Unfortunately, I never heard from him again.

Description of Work: I really liked the way we were treated with professionalism, our doggies liked it too. They fixed a slab leak and helped us with some other issues. We have other things to upgrade and fix; I'm sure they will be the ones to help us out.

Description of Work: Very nice people, however they never delivered a bid, even after I called to remind them. UPDATE: Although very nice people and I was very interested in seeing their bid, they did not until I got a call from the owner's wife about a month later asking if they could stop by to deliver thier bid. Alas I had decided to go with Nutec construction.

What a waste of time.
Description of Work: After an initial visit with us, we never heard from Innovative Trade again. We never got a bid from them in spite of emails and phone calls.
