+ -1 moreSystem was installed and minimal explanation of navigating the software was given. Basically told to " learn as you go." Very frustrating in learning how to use the system. One of the cameras was defective from the beginning, (infra red lights not working) and was told on three occasions that it would be replaced. Another camera became disconnected by birds because cable installation was not secured properly. Over time, other cables have come loose and do not look very professional, somewhat sloppy. Had wanted another system of the same equipment installed at home, but not now. Very disappointed.
Description of Work: Installed 16 channel DVR and 8 security cameras indoor and outdoor on two farm buildings.
