HOME UPHOLSTERY

Roger Villalva owner said he could do the job, I explained that I needed it done quickly as it was my kitchen table and my family will be eating on folding Tables. I called him ever other day for a update and he told me his employee did not show up for work,he had other jobs, he worked on it but had another idea. Then he told me he would get it done and bring it to my house the following Sat. I always had to call him. After almost 3 weeks I finally went to retrieve my Table base. The employee was their and stated he had no phone in the office to call the owner who was not present. We looked for the table base in the workshop to only see it buried in the corner as if nothing was done to it. It did not look like it was worked on in anyway. I was very dissatisfied with the service and when I finally did reach Roger he just said oh well. He did not offer any apology. I wish he would of been honest and say he could not fix it or he did not have the time. The holidays are around the corner and he has put me in a bind. I do not recommend Home Upholstery to any customer.

THIS PERSON CANNOT SEEM TO UNDERSTAND MY TASTE OR NEEDS.

He took the leg to his work of place, called to let me know that he was having trouble figuring out how to undo the screw, but, would have it ready before the end of the day. He showed up within the early afternoon, between 2-3 p.m. We turned the couch on its front to the floor and he begin to work on the repair in my living room. He was courteous and within 10 minutes it was done. He checked all the other couch legs to make sure they were tight and secured. One of the legs showed a crack on the wood,but , the leg was secure and he said it did not need repair at this time.

It took a while to complete, but he did a great job.

He was gracious, friendly, and professional. He had good suggestions to make things look nice when finished. Very knowledgeable about his business.
