+ -1 moreI should have known right off the bat that this wasn't going to end well for me. I went to HD to see about getting an appointment to estimate refacing all me cabinets. At first the lady at HD said they no longer offer this service as the cabinet refacing company had a lot of issues and HD was no longer using them. As I browsed around the store the lady approached me to let me know that in fact they were offering this service once again. I set a time to get a cabinet refacing estimate. Well they never showed up so I called the hotline which led me nowhere. A day later the cabinet company called me to reschedule as they got busy and missed it. I asked why not a heads up call as I stayed home all day. All they could say is sorry we are busy and wanted to reschedule. I told them I would not be using them.
Description of Work: They did not show up or even call to let me know they could not make the cabinet refacing scheduled appointment and then had the guts to call the next day called to reschedule.

Description of Work: I went with my wife to purchase a steel storage bldg. The associate with whom we came into contact with seemed less than thrilled to be assisting us. We went to a competitor, also on Rojas, got the bldg that we wanted at almost half the price that Home Depot demanded.

+ -1 moreThey subcontracted Siemens who did the actual work. Everything was done through Home Depot and they sent them out. I looked at several different windows. Before they began the installation, they came around 2-3 weeks to measure, to place the order and had the order custom made for the size and everything. I was extremely pleased with them. I will probably do more work through them.
Description of Work: I contracted Home Depot to replace my windows. I got windows, which was very energy efficient, solid plain glass type window in the center and double pane all over in there. They put double hung windows on both sides.
