HOMAN CONSTRUCTION LLC

This contractor did not have a set crew for my parents' bathroom remodel and I know at least one of the workers that showed up to our home was hired off a popular website used for soliciting laborers. He was not at our house most of the time to oversee the work of the laborers. These workers worked in a very unorganized manner, slowly and very messy/sloppy which resulted in the project finishing weeks past the original deadline and wasted materials that Jimmy Homan ended up replenishing. Even after that, the project was not done to satisfaction. Mr. Homan also requested money in advance than the amount of work he completed. We ended up waiting to pay him the remaining balance until the end of the completed job because I felt that he was not reliable. The job was completed on 7/6/18 and on 7/10/18 I discovered that the guest bathroom was leaking water. I have contacted him several times to fix the leak and he does not respond. I cannot recommend this contractor. UPDATE: I am very disappointed with the services provided by Homan Construction. The project was unable to be completed within the specified time frame and we were unhappy with the results.

We were very pleased with the entire process. Construction went well. Jimmy is very easy to work with, was always on site with his workers and stayed on schedule. We were fortunate to work with him. We would definitely recommend him.

Jimmy Homan made working through the insurance minutia and scheduling all of the repairs to my home hassle free. Jimmy provided options for roofing, stucco colors and allowed us to select the new concrete stamp effect my wife and I desired. An initial concern to the stucco color and granularity upon first application halted forward progress and Jimmy ensured the right texture was applied and our color choice was indeed what we would proceed with. His concern of my satisfaction and overall aesthetic appeal of my home was one of his top concerns. His crew arrived promptly daily at 0700 and were courteous to my family and my home. The project was completed within the three week window originally quoted and I would without a doubt hire him again for future contracting work.

No problems

Mr. Homan is a reliable professional, who does what he says that he will do in the time frame that he states. Work is done professionally, adequately and in a timely and clean fashion. The work is done in an excellent manner and everyday area is cleaned prior to leaving. The staff is friendly and have a very good working relationship with each other. Mr. Homan takes time to answer my questions and makes recommendations and provides answers without any problems. I would highly recommend him and his company.

My neighbor and I hired Homan at the same time. My job was small compared to my neighbor's, but they treated me with the same courtesy. I was so impressed with the work, I recommended them to my brother who was remodeling his house. My brother hired them and they did a great job there too.
