+ -1 moreNever showed. nor called. Very unusual. I've used them many times in the past. Rather disappointed but these things happen .
Description of Work: Called on Tues to schedule. Time not set. Weds. I called to change the dateand set a time. Time was Fri. 10 Am

+ -1 moreMr. Grubbs arrived at the time he stated he would be here. He repaired the broken water shut off valve and installed a new faucet assembly. It took about three hours and a few minutes to complete the job because he found the hoses in the faucet kit would not fit the water supply lines in the house. The job was completed to perfection and the bathroom was cleaned to perfection. other than the faucet being new, you would have never known he had been there. The price for his work was more than reasonable as we had expected to pay significantly more. He is very easy to talk with, explains what is being done and his work is impeccable. Would highly recommend Mr. Grubbs and will attempt to use his services without question if there should be a need in the future.
Description of Work: Attempted to replace a bathroom faucet and the shut off valve broke off at it's base when I attempted to turn off the water supply. I had seen Mr. Grubbs truck at a neighbors home several months before. It was a Friday morning, I called Mr. Grubbs. He said he would try to fix it that day but had another job ahead of me. He said if he couldn't get there, he would do it the next day. He called and told me when he would arrive on Saturday and he was right on time. He was pleasant to talk with and told me what he would have to do. He then set about the task at hand. Three hours and a few minutes later, he was done. The faucet worked perfectly and the bathroom was spotless.

+ -1 moreHe arrived on time and worked until it was perfect.
Description of Work: Mr. Grubbs spent most of the day at our home installing new facts and fixing some old ones that we had problems with. In addition, he took an outside facet off and replaced it with a new one. He was tenacious and did excellent work. Prior to this, he installed a water heater and fixed a shower head without taking out all the tile like another plumbing company recemmended.
