This service provider was awful. We made an appointment. I work and had to pay for someone to be there waiting. They didn't come nor did they call during the three hours they said they would be there. I called several times, and only got their voice mail. Then, after I told the person that she could go since I guessed the service company just forgot, they called to say they had an emergency that morning and now they were coming. I told them I was working and wanted to reschedule. The provider told me that basically if I couldn't do it right then, I would have to schedule for the following week since they already had other appointments. So basically I was just bumped with a broken air conditioner in 105 degree heat. Their reasoning was that there are cable companies that say they will be there all day, and they at least give a three hour window, and usually people are just waiting in the home for them. I was too frustrated to explain that now cable companies give a much smaller window of time that they come. I was more upset that they would not come at a later time that I could manage or the next day.

Overall a good experience. Some work had to be modified (drywells couldn't be drilled because of rock) and some work wasn't completed to specifications (mudjacking). The owner/contractor was flexible to our needs, communicated with us on a timely basis and worked through some snags in a professional manner. He also worked with an engineer to assure everything was done correctly. Provided a 1 year written warranty on all work completed.

Joe, from G&G Enterprise came to our house to check one of our a/c unit which was not cooling appropriately. Joe showed up on-time, which is a plus in El Paso. He did a very thrill revision of the unit, he took his time and didn't jump into conclusions, until he was done. He did an outstanding job finding out what the problem was. He is not out to take you, he truly is an honest, hardworking gentleman. If you have problems with your a/c unit, I truly recommend this company.
