Rick, is very professional. If you are looking for an inspector that will spend several hours doing a thrill home inspection, Rick is the person you wan to call. Even though, the house is in an excellent shape, Rich spent over four hours doing the home inspection for us. He not only took his time looking at everything in the house, but he also took time to explain things to us. He was always readily available to answer any questions we had. Rich is very knowledgeable, professional and a great person to do business with. If you have lived in the El Paso, you probably know that is very hard to find professional, trustworthy service people in the area.
