+ -1 morePool cleaner stated that he showed up and couldn't get in my backyard even though I was waiting for him all day. Did not feel that he should ring the doorbell in order to get to my pool. Also, demanded to have access to my credit card on file and would charge for services not rendered. Will never use them again.

Description of Work: Replaced pool & jacuzzi pumps, pvc pipes. Pumps were installed fine, but we never received a 10% discount as promised by them and/or your service or ever received the after-the-sell service we deserved. | |Pool cleaner person came out once prior to the installation of the pumps and we asked him/them to put us on the pool cleaning schedule for Sat. When we called to see if someone was coming out on Sat. they told us no, and referred us to another pool company. Apparently, their pool cleaner quit! The other company was also already booked and couldn't take us. After paying so much money to them, you'd think we have better customer service. We were very disappointed. Thanks for nothing!

+ -1 moreThey arrived late To give me an estimate, never called me following the evaluation with there estimate, never called or showed up for the first scheduled cleaning, I had to contact them for the estimate, they never apologized for the tardiness or missed appointment. The receptionist was rude and unprofessional. I would not choose this company they need to sharpen thet skills in what matters and what will keep them in buisness CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I will defiantly spread the work on there poor buisness tactics!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY or TIME!! STAY AWAY!!!!???????
Description of Work: I called and scheduled an appointment for an estimate. The receptionist stated someone would come out early Friday, that afternoon I called and asked for another estimated time of arrival. The receptionist stated they were behind but she would have someone call and give me a ETA. That afternoon someone arrived and evaluated the pool. I never received a call back with the estimated price but I was told that the first cleaning would be on Saturday. They never showed or called to explain why! Since I didn't get a call Monday morning I called them at 1pm. The receptionist was rude and unprofessional when I was explaining how disapointed I was. According to her the owner decided not to send a worker on Saturday but she couldn't say why I wasnt called. She went on to finally give me the estimate they promised in Friday and proceeded to offer me an appointment. She never apologized for failing to call me.

+ -1 moreCame out very quickly and looked at the pump. Said eventually it would need to be repaired, but the problem was just that it wasn't level and it was vibrating. Once he fixed that, it quieted down. When we have problems in the future, I will call him back. No charge for explaining everything and checking it for us.

+ -1 moreTheir service is fantastic! The gentleman I use, David, is very reliable. He always comes every other Thursday. My daughter uses a different gentleman and she is pleased with his work too. My other daughter uses the same company and she is also pleased. My son in law knows the owner. They are a very accommodating and considerate company. All of the employees are professional. I have nothing but great things to say about their service. There are other people in my neighborhood who use their service and are also pleased.
Description of Work: They have serviced my pool for years. They have also worked on the motor and timer when they needed adjusted. They have maintained the quality of the pool. They come in the summer every week and every two weeks during the other seasons.

+ -1 moreThey provide consistently good and quality work. I have been using them for many years and they always do a great job. It is a small company and as a result every client is important to them. I can always get a hold of the owner, Michael George, which makes me feel comfortable.

+ -1 moreIt seems as though pool services have a tendency not to show when scheduled or for a new service give a four hour window. This was true of four seasons but after several phone calls was able to narrow them down to a two hour window. The service by the technician was good and he was very professional and competent. I have used other services that will perform repairs and other services during the weekly visits this was not true with this company all other services had to be scheduled seperatly with additional cost. I have since found a start up company the is half the price with equel or better service. On a positive note the company was very responsive to my needs when i needed to open the pool for the season in order to get the house on the market.

+ -1 moreThey were fine. They responded quickly to my call and came out in a timely manner. They said it would take an hour and a half and it took them 30 minutes, and they still charged me the full price - that was the only down side. I even said something about it to the guy that was there, and he didn?t say anything about it. Unfortunately, I would probably use them again.
