So MANY businesses never call back and never communicate with their customers which is a huge turn off. I called Sunday evening and left a message. Monday morning Val called me and assured me she would find someone in my area and send them over. She called me back to let me know someone was on the way in 15-20 min and then again to let me know they were there. The technicians were so knowledgeable and fixed the problem in about 20 min. The customer service was out of this world and something you don't see too often anymore. I would definitely recommend this business and, in fact, already have. Rhe other 2 companies I called? Still haven't heard back from them! Thank you so much!

I had been getting lots of estimates , finally when I spoke to Valerie with Western Electric she gave me more information then most of the men that came. it was a little more in price but was totally worth it. Great company.

Our carbon monoxide alarm was going off and they were able to fix the issue immediately. They were also able to give our existing refrigeration unit a maintenance that was very much needed. In addition gave us tips on how to make our unit more efficient. We highly recommend their services!

Great! When our AC suddenly stopped working on one 95 degree day, I contacted Val at Western Electric and a tech arrived that same day. David came and replaced a faulty component, and the house cooled off again to our great relief. But a couple of days later, on a Sunday, system stopped working again. Sent Val a message, and David was back, on a SUNDAY, to check it out. He found some faulty wires leading the the unit and fixed them. NO CHARGE for coming back on a Sunday. Very nice folks and super responsive. Highly recommended!
