+ 4 moreBEWARE!!! They will never keep an appointment, promise, or do the the job as a professional company should. We have a time constraint - I'm pregnant and due late April. We started the project February 8, 2008; it's March 28 and its still not done! They had to redo the shower due to a botched tile job so that delayed the completion date. After that, they never made it to work on time i.e. showed up 4 hours late or not at all. The job foreman promised a dozen times he'd be by to look at the job and go over our MANY issues; he showed up once out of 12 scheduled visits; he did not have the courtesy to call to say he would not make it. They did not show up for work last Saturday or Monday as promised and NO ONE has called to ask us when they can come by to finish the job. I'm tired of constantly calling them so I have considered this an abandoned job and we will finish it off ourselves....there's not much left to do but they have damaged so much already its not worth any more stress.
Description of Work: We were remodeling an original master bath in a home built in 1977. The job required removing a storage cupboard, replacing tile on the floor, updating old plumbing, expanding the shower (built in soaking tub/shower), paint and install cabinets we purchased from another company.
