Excellent pool cleaning services. I highly recommend it to all. 5 stars means that Mr. Fernandez made my backyard look like I lived in El Paso I really think you should give this place a call for pool cleaning or winter maintenance. The pool looked amazing all summer and the pool man is always on time. I've had consistently good service and Natalia (the receptionist ) is always quick to respond and very professional. they save me a lot of money I called 3 different companies to come and give me an estimate on the pump and filter, they all wanted me to just buy everything new and pay them for the installation but El Paso Pools offer to fix my pump, they took it and return it in 4 hours all fix, it only need a new mechanical seal, that cost $25. instead of spending $400 to 500 in a new, plus they repair the filter too, i give the guy a tip since he helped to repair, he knew what he was doing,

They came out originally to investigate the job and give me an estimate. First off, it took them a week to set the appointment. After they came out and looked at the above ground pool to be installed they agreed to install it for $200. They ended up deciding not to come out for the day they had set up to come and do the install but they never told me that they were refusing the job. I had to call them after they didn't show up for their appointment to see what happened, only to find this out after-the-fact. They also tried to install my old pool, but found that it had too many leaks, and they told me that they were going to contact their supplier to see if they could get repair parts. Once again, they were suppose to get back to me on this and never did either.
