I called on a Saturday morning and he was very helpful. He quoted me a price over the phone and said he could do the repair the same day. He arrived on time and explained the original installer used inadequate springs. The doors were installed only 2 years ago by someone else. This made me feel very confident I had called the right place to get it fixed. He replaced the springs with much sturdier springs and showed me how they made a difference for the opener. Very helpful and I appreciate that he explained everything. He was done quickly and charged me exactly what he said he would over the phone. I would definitely recommend !

Thomas was Amazing! I contacted him on a Sunday and he was so kind and understanding. He was at our property within. Two hours as he already had another service call he was responding to. He explained how to fix the misalignment should it occur again. We will definitely be contacting Thomas in the future!

Awesome. Called him on a Monday and he was out the next day. Was able to repair it on the spot and not just come out to look at it and give an estimate like some services. And he gave the door and parts a once over to ensure there wasn't any other issues with the door.
