Not very well. Things were sold that were valuable to us and the contract was explained clearly on what not to sell and when we showed up afterwards the valuables were gone and not able to recoup. We would not use this business again a all. Would not return calls and texts to explain the issue. What a coward. Not a happy customer. Please do not use the estate salesman.

Ed and crew did an amazing job organizing the items for an estate sale. Everything was displayed and priced. The house was very inviting. What did not sell, Ed was able to arrange a group sale and clean out. Ed and his crew were professional, sensitive to the emotional conditions of the sale and careful to protect our interests.

It went great. Ed Elsey went to my mother's house, evaluated everything, grouped like objects, moved furniture, priced everything, held an estate sale over one weekend, sold everything, cleaned the house, and sent me a check for 25-35% of the gross sales in less than a week. Couldn't be happier.

Everything was taken care of. The house was cleared out with everything ready to sell. They checked with me on items that they wondered if it I wanted sold. Ed's assistants went beyond the call of duty in making sure that the house was ready to be cleaned in preparation for being put on the market. The check arrived withing days of the sale and there was an itemization of the items sold and the sale price. Can't thank Ed Elsey enough.
