Mr. Montes is a consummate professional which takes a genuine interest in his clients and strives to meet their needs within their limits or gives them an honest, concrete and professional opinion about what options they have. He pointed out where there were issues that had to be addressed, repaired them and showed me physical evidence of past jobs that were not completed. He also explained the different kinds of treatments and pesticide that should be used in order to get the most return for your money.
Description of Work: Performed a termite inspection, found infestation and treated the house with industrial grade termite killer.
