Description of Work: He built a rock wall around my front yard and he used sand instead of concrete and it's already cracking everywhere. He pulled weeds and mowed a small patch of grass weekly for two months, April and May 2012. I paid for 30 pavers to be laid and they too have fallen apart as they are made of clay and not concrete. He was supposed to replace them. He planted 16 Italian Cypress trees but he planted 8 of them in the wrong place. He got mad when I reminded him that the trees were supposed to be windbreakers and were to be planted on the sides of the yard and not against the back wall. He did replant them but he planted the sprinkler bubbleres too deep and it killed 4 of the trees before a new landscaper found and fixed the problem. He charged me $300 for bricks that he never came back to put down and I paid him $100 for June services and had to pay someone else again for June as he was a no-show. He never called me back and he owes me $400.00. I reported him to the BBB, but don't expect to ever get my money back as he has also ripped off neighbors as well. His work was shoddy and he was not dependable. Beware!
