It went great, on time and very professional. I would use DR Construction again.

We're very happy with the result, and had a great experience with the DR team. They were always on time, always cleaned up after work, and did a wonderful job. It wasn't easy, because it was all overhead and they had to match existing texture and paint. Highly recommend and will definitely contact them for future projects.

Danny was professional and curtious from the initial phone call to schedule an appointment for a quote to the final walk thru when the renovation was done. We felt he understood our vision to create a more spacious and updated look in our kitchen. Danny was very good about communicating with us. We always knew what was happening next. He and his crew were punctual and very detail orientated. He has several people working with him who respect him and are good at what they do. The full kitchen & dining room remodeling took 4 weeks. They never left a mess at the end of every day. Marie was super helpful when it came to choosing paint colors, the quartz, flooring and the small details to make our kitchen/dining room a beautiful space. We recommend D R Construction and will call on them for future home projects.

I was very impressed by Mr. Rubio's professionalism. He provided a detailed estimate in writing, and we discussed all the work to be done. It's an old house, and there were areas where paint was peeling, and had both wood and metal facing that had to be painted. The crew carefully sanded and scraped before they started painting. They repaired areas where the wood was damaged. They were very thorough, and they kept everything clean. I was very impressed with their work, and the house looks great!

For the most part, things went very smoothly. We had a few things that needed to be modified. Danny and his team addressed all issues in a timely manner. Also, tile work is excellent.

DR Construction was outstanding in both service and price. The level of attention and quality of goods and services was fantastic. The attention to detail in our project was top notch. Danny Rubio’s recommendations on many large and small details made the final project results really stand and worth the money! Our experience with DR construction was by far better than the other contractor work that we’ve hired before!

Daniel and his crew Miguel and Victor were friendly but professional at all times during the completion of the asked for repairs. This included scraping and retexturing of the water damaged dry wall on ceilings and walls. One area in our garage required the replacement of a portion of the dry wall sheet before texturing and painting. Daniel was very careful to match the new paint applied on the repaired areas with the existing paint on walls & ceiling. When the job was complete there was no visible trace of where the damage had been. We asked Daniel if his crew could repair a bifold closet door that I was unable to get to stay on its track with full expectations that it would be an additional cost. Miguel was able to fix it at no additional charge because it "was a minor fix". The work took a day and a half as promised and his crew cleaned up at the end of the first day and again when they were done. I would hire DR Construction again in a second and will be recommending them to friends and family alike.

My bathtub spigot was leaking. Daniel (the D. In DR Construction) showed up for the estimate right on time. He was polite and seemed knowledgeable. He suggested that maybe if I replace the spigot it might solve the problem. I questioned him about the problem being the spigot because after he removed the spigot it was till dripping. He said it may be residual water and that if it continues to drip after my husband replaces the spigot to call him. He suggested that we buy one at Home Depot or Lowe's and that it may be an inexpensive fix. However it continued to drip after we bought a new spigot and put it on. I called him to let him know that I needed the estimate after all because it was still dripping ( I left a message) and I heard nothing back. I also text him and left a voice message on his cell phone. I even emailed him. No response at all. In my text and voice mail and email I let him know who I was and what the address was and the problem so there is absolutely no excuse why he never called me back or gave me an estimate other than he didn't want to do the job. And you know, I understand that as well. Everyone has a right to choose what jobs they want to take on but please have the common courtesy to stand up and be forthright and just say so. I liked his professionalism when I first met him and would probably have hired him. But after trying to contact him and getting no response I have to question his professionalism. After waiting over a week to hear back from DR construction I called a local plumber which hind sight I should have done to begin with. I called DR Construction based on Angie's List results when I searched for plumbers. DR Construction popped up with an A rating and after reviewing the jobs they were capable of doing it seemed a good fit especially since I had other work I was interested in having done. I might understand if I had been rude to him or bossy or too picky but that is not the case.

Mr. Rubio was extremely professional and helpful. He discussed every aspect of the jobs and options and varying expenses, provided estimates which my home insurance agent said were exactly the type they like to receive. His crews were on time, worked all day, cleaned up and removed all debris.Sheet rock in the garage ceiling and wet insulation were removed and the spaces were allowed to dry. Damaged carpet was removed for the floor to dry. Carpet under the vanity and in the walk-in closet was replaced with tile which we selected with Mr. Rubio, and he provided samples to choose from for replacing the rest of the carpet in the master bedroom. He always responded to texts and questions promptly and checked on the progress regularly. The jobs were finished ahead of the original conservative time estimate and he worked to accommodate our schedules. The jobs were also finished on the projected estimates.

Overall experience was great and the work was done fast and high quality. Most important they were punctual, from the first meeting to get a quote to the end. Everyone on the crew were polite and courteous. I would recommend them to my friends!

This company is beyond reproach, in my opinion. Danny Rubio runs a professional, efficient organization that takes pride in their work. They do what they say and even offer better design or product alternatives. I was always kept informed of the timeline, which was on schedule. I am going to hire them to do two other large projects I have left to do.

I'm normally hesitant with contractors in my area. I have used several and Danny has been the best by far. We had several issues with our homes exterior. Danny came and looked over everything and provided me with honest feedback, price estimate, approximate start and end date. What stood out the most with him was his professionalism throughout all of our interactions. His staff follows his professionalism and takes the time to ensure every detail is taken care of. To me what makes DR Construction stand out is they take pride in their work and work on your home as if they are working on their own. It's refreshing to see a business and it's owner go the extra mile to ensure their customers satisfaction.

I am thoroughly pleased with the job done by DR Construction. Danny was very helpful from the start. He mixed colors to come up with the perfect shade I wanted. He and his crew are very dependable and competent. They installed the new light fixtures and ceiling fans and even spray painted all doorknobs to make them look new. We had a bit of a problem with the front door but Danny made sure his crew worked on it until he and I were both satisfied with the result. I was very impressed with the attention to detail every step of the way. The house was new when I bought it and it looks better now than it did then.

Not well. He lied to me about an estimate. He promised an estimate by a certain date. When I called to inquire, he said he would have it within two days. I am still waiting. There is no need to lie to customers. A simple yes or no would have been appreciated. YEs, I am interested in your project ,or NO I am not. Why was he not forthright and not waste my time. My time is as valuable as his. He is deceptively friendly. Which is the worst kind.

Very happy with the quality of work completed. His employees were very professional and attentive to my request. I received numerous estimates but he brought a better vision of what work he could produce and delivered in his word. I will use this company again and highly recommend to my friends and family.

At first DR Construction was helpful, attentive and responsive. We set an appointment for an estimate of which he was a no show. Thereafter any call/text attempts were ignored.

All of the above projects were completed to my satisfaction. They were very clean, courteous, worked fast and completed the projects on time. Mr. Rubio explained in detail how they were going to do the job and answered all my questions. I was very pleased with the finished projects.
