i like them, they did a really good job. They air conditioner works fine, it passed the city inspection and I've never had a problem with it.

This was a large job. The two damaged units needed to be brought off of the roof and replaced. Carmen Dosher worked with us throughout the project, keeping us apprised of what was going to happen and how much it would cost. Once scheduled, the job was completed in a day and a half. Dosher Refrigeration obtained all required permits, and the work passed city inspection handily. Overall, the quality of the customer service and the work was exceptional.

They were okay. They came in to do a tune-up and a day after the entire system broke down. There was a part that they would have seen or should have checked that was the part that caused the air conditioning system to go down. They were good for what I hired them to do.

Fantastic crew. Professional and punctual. Will use them again in the spring to start up the evaporative coolers.

The company came out to inspect my HVAC unit and give me recommendations as to why it wasn't working properly over the weekend. A gentleman came out and spent a little while on my roof looking at the unit and he said it was most definitely a condenser problem. They didn't have a new condenser with them so they needed to go check the office. I didn't hear back from them for awhile so you called to check and see if they located one. Because it would have been after 5pm when they could get back to my place they wanted to charge me for overtime. I decided to have a company I had worked with before come give me a second opinion (Sun Valley Mechanical) and they said there was absolutely nothing wrong with my unit.

Very professional technicians who were polite and mindful of cleanliness. They went over the overall inspection report and made recommendations as to what should be done next and how to continue until our next service is needed. I will use them as long as we are in El Paso and as long as they continue with the philosophy and business ethic they have shown thus far.

The technicians were knowledgeable and courteous; in other words very professional. They also gave some tips on simple maintenance steps that anyone can do themselves that would help keep the A/C operating at peak performance.

Great staff, Carmen in the office is wonderful and the work crew is professional and efficient. I love the itemized billing and knowing exactly what you paid for. They even reduced the cost reflecting the actual costs. So wonderful to have such great experience.

He showed up on time and was very professional, he introduced himself and ask me to explain what I was having done today in which I told him. I performed all the checks and explain it to me as he was going through them. Once he was finished I told him that I had paid on line and he called to verify.

The service was good. The workers were friendly and nice. They arrived within the time frame that I expected them to. They give you a window, and they arrive within that window. They left the area clean before they left. They even picked up the mud that they tracked into the house. One of the best things about working with them is Carmen Dosher. She is the scheduler and the billing person. She is easy to work with, which is nice.

Dosher was responsive and organized. The dispatcher gave me all the potential negatives up front (i.e. "We may not be able to fix it today if you need specific parts we don't have..."), and the service man was on time, as promised. The gas leak I had called about turned out to be the only issue. The line just needed tightening. I was impressed with their high level of technology in checking for leakage. They also let me know my original installer had botched the venting for my furnace, so I'm going to have that fixed.

Service was great. I had called originally called last minute. They came within the hour and helped solve my problem. I used them again to install a new condensate line through my attic and the service was great. The tech showed up when they said they would and was very professional. I would highly recommend and plan on using Dosher Refrigeration again the future.

They informed us that whenever we were ready they would come honor the deal they had going on. They said they couldnt service the unit because it was clogged, and gave me a quote for 500-1000 dollars to unclog it. We have two units, so I had the service provider check out the other unit while my husband was on his way home. While my husband was talking to him, the service provider informed him that he would have to charge us for a second hour of service, since he had been at the house for about an hour. He left and we contacted them later in response to a bill we received. They wanted to charge us for servicing the units, even though he hadnt done anything but tell us the one unit was clogged. Besides that, we have a friend that services these units and he said it wasnt clogged at all. We are still waiting to finalize this issue.

It went well. They were responsive, quick to start the job, and cleaned up their mess after they were done. I've had no issues since and have no complaints about the work they did. It was exactly what I wanted done, and there were no issues before, during, or after. The lady that handles the calls and accounts for Dosher is very friendly and a pleasure to talk to.

Thank you for providing great customer. Carmen called me but I was unable to answer. She them texted me to notify me that the technician was on his way and to confirm someone was home. Orlando was the technician that showed up. He was very friendly and professional. He fixed the problem and identified potential problems as well. Thank you for taking care of us.

Received estimate in evaporative cooler replacement. Price was very good but getting the info was a little slow so they lost the job.

Dosher"s representatives were professional, punctual, knowledgeable, polite and considerate. My 3 dogs, who can't stand anyone outside our family, were barely disturbed by the work crews. A good measure of any company is in how they handle customer concerns/complaints or unforseen problems. All my concerns were delt with immediately, courteously and to my satisfaction. One worker lost his balance.and put his foot through my ceiling while working in the attic. This hole was repaired in hours with an exellent result. I was unhappy with some of the electrical subcontractors work and Dosher mediated the dispute. The work was redone to my satisfaction. The new system is working as promised. They came on time and finshed on schedule within budget. They left a clean work site and were considerate of my property. I will call them in the future.

Excellent customer service! They were responsive and the sales representative (Carmen) was extremely nice and accommodating. I was out of town on business at the time the service was rendered. Carmen contacted me to set everything up, they trusted me to pay because the service was performed while I was physically located in California. Upon completion of the service Carmen processed my credit card via telephone and immediately sent me a receipt via email. I was 100% satisfied with the level of service and the professionalism shown by this company.

They had to order the part because my air conditioner isn't a common one, but the part ordering went smoothly, as did installation. The workmen arrived on time both for the original appointment and the follow up after the part arrived. They performed the work well, and the unit operated satisfactorily for the remainder of the cooling season.

They did a fabulous job. They were very professional, and it was overall an excellent experience. The price was of good value.

In addition to the promised "tune up," the technicians pointed out a number of significant safety and building code issues with our units, which they then quickly and professionally took care of for us. First rate in all regards.

I can not say enough GOOD about Dosher Refrigeration! The proposal was made in a timely manner with email (only) follow up as requested. Prices were reasonable in comparison to other quotes Safety standards were always a consideration, particularly with usage of crane for heavy equipment. Carmen seemed to orchestrate all team members with a "We've got to do this right" and "There is no such thing as a dumb question" attitude. As cooler weather approached, they even left 3 digital heaters for our family's comfort (without having to ask). City inspector approved work done. Even after completion, I was given follow up info regarding registration of equipment for warranty statement purposes. Preventive maintenance education was extended in great detail. The programming of thermostat was explained in order to keep my costs down within reason. They emphasized upon completion that in their years of business they stood by their product and would make themselves available for any troubleshooting or future needs. All team members were respectful and courteous. I would give them an "A+" if that was available!

I was looking to do a conversion from evap air to refrigerated a/c service. I had gotten quotes from two other companies and got a final quote from Dosher refrigeration. I was very impressed with the quote service as they were the only company to measure my house to ensure I was getting the proper equipment. Another thing that stood out is that the two previous companies wanted to do a split system (furnace and A/C separate), whereas Dosher advised me to do a package unit because of the limited space I had in my furnace closet. They also went over my specific requests, which included combining a previous two evap cooler setup into a whole house setup. One thing that stood out to me is that they left my house without providing an estimate, rather waiting to get back to the office to calculate the final total to ensure an accurate estimate instead of a hurried estimate. I was provided with an estimate for the work, along with estimates for different brands of a/c units, such as Trane, Rheem, York, etc.. (I chose a Rheem package unit and was very pleased) Dosher was not the cheapest company out there, but I felt they would do the work properly, which is what I was more concerned with. They obtained all the permits, (electrical, mechanical, and plumbing), and hired subcontractors to perform the electrical and plumbing work. In my opinion, I think this is a better setup as Dosher is expert at refrigeration and a/c, not electrical and not plumbing. They hired professionals to do that work, and it showed. I've heard that companies that have in-house electricians and plumbers often cut corners to keep costs down. Perhaps I might have saved some money by hiring an all-in-one company, but i feel the results were better this way. Once the job started, Dosher arrived every day and made sure that progress was made. Unfortunately they informed me that I had a section of bad duct work that needed to be replaced. I wish they would have caught this on the estimate, but it wasn't. Needless to say, they showed me the duct work and it was totally ruined. It had to be done, and luckily for me, Dosher was willing to work with me a little on the price of the duct work. Their fabricator made new duct work and tied it into the existing duct work that was good. I was very happy with that. Dosher also took steps to ensure that the dirt that was generated from the demolition was contained to the work area. They cleaned up every afternoon before leaving and kept me informed on the timeline for the install. The overall job took 4 days, but there was a lot of work done in those 4 days. Overall, Dosher did an outstanding job in my conversion. The officer manager, Carmen, was extremely knowledgeable and was very friendly throughout the process. The work crew, in particular Javier and Jesus, was very nice and worked very hard at making sure the job went smoothly. I had one issue with the plumber not correctly fixing a problem, and Carmen, Jesus, and Javier ensured that the problem was fixed the next day without issue. They were very responsive to any needs or requests I had. They were very professional, including hiring the right subcontractors and ensuring they had the proper equipment to do the job, (such as the large crane that moved the new unit to my roof and removed my two a/c units). The city code inspectors were very pleased with their work and I passed inspection without any issues. I would highly recommend Dosher for any a/c work that needs to be done. They may not be the cheapest, but when you're spending thousands of dollars, sometimes it pays to have a professional do the work. To me, I have the peace of mind in knowing my job was done properly by professionals and that if anything ever happens I can call them to have them service it. I was very happy with the work Dosher performed. *** It should be noted that on 10-08-2013 I tried to turn my heater on and it didn't work. I called Carmen and the service repair man was at my house in less than 30 minutes. It turns out an electrical part was defective. He had a spare part and fixed it within an hour. This visit was free of charge and I was pleasantly suprised by their level of service after the initial sale***
