 + -1 moreHAD USED THIS COMPANY TO REPLACE MY FURNACE, ONE YEAR LATER, I DECIDED TO PUT REFRIGERATED AIR CONDITIONING INTO MY HOUSE. THEY WERE ABLE TO MATCH MY FURNACE WITH THE AC UNIT (SAME BRAND) AND DID A GREAT JOB. I REALLY HAD A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE WHEN THEY REPLACED MY FURNACE, SO I KNEW TO EXPECT THE SAME. THEY WERE PUNCTUAL, THE WORKERS WERE VERY CLEAN, THEY MODIFIED MY INTAKE FOR THE AC AND WERE ABLE TO FINISH THE JOB ON TIME. I RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANY FUTURE AC / OR FURNACE ISSUES.

After tapping into the house existing duct work approximately twenty feet of attic duct was ran to the new bedroom with a and quot;Yand quot; branching to the new bathroom addition. All work passed city inspection according to code. Onsite installation was completed in a single day, and complete job from original site visit to completion took one week.

 + -1 moreThe workers arrived on time and diagnosed the problem as a leak in the pvc pipe in the attic that drains the condensate to the outside. They were efficient and pleasant, got the job done, crawing through the attic in 100*+ temperatures. They were easy to have in my home.
Description of Work: I have used Dominguez to service my refrigerated AC units for several years. Have also had them do some related sheet metal work. Top notch service. This past month I had water coming out of the AC unit in my hallway. I THOUGHT the problem was with the pump.

Description of Work: Conversion from evaporated cooling/electric heating to refrigerated cooling/heating. It took 6 days instead of 4 as estimated--but didn't mind that, rather it be done correctly. Had to push for some new venting that they had agreed to that wasn't put in--but representative was prompt about sticking to agreement. Felt the workmanship was good and workers were diligent and hard working. Workers knocked a hole in one of my bedroom walls, but they were good about repairing the wall. This also didn't bother me that much--these things happen. Be sure that you have the return air vents made to standard sizes. We had trouble finding filters at the local stores and online. The company brought us some filters and gave us the name of a store where we could purchase them. We are very happy with the cooling. Hesitant to write a report until we see how the heating works.

 + -1 moreI thought it went well at the time. Unfortunately, it was not installed properly. Methold of installation caused leaks in my ceiling as plastic tubing eventually failed. This caused considerable damage. Untils could have been installed with a simple through the wall drain, but instead they installed a pump and moved the water up on the roof to drain. I also had leaks when the pumps failed which is about every 4 years. I would not use them again for anything.
Description of Work: Convert home from evaporative cooling to refrigerated air.

The representative called before arriving and was at my home within minutes of my agreed time. I was told of the work that was going to be done and what was required to do to get the job done. Also, how long it will take. Again, I set up a time and the crew arrived minutes prior and started working. I will call this company again! Excellent service and great work!
Description of Work: I had the vent from my air conditioner unit into my house repaired. The vent was rusting and the dampner was loose.

 + -1 moreA friend mentioned they did residential A/C servicing and I was surprised, because I thought this was a commercial HVAC company, which it is. But I needed some work done on the downdraft duct for my rooftop A/C and they fixed it, turned on the A/C and have been doing that for me for the last 4 years. I'm VERY picky about my A/C maintenance, and I am ALWAYS happy with their work. With good care, my MasterCool has lasted a long time, and Dominguez helps.
Description of Work: You wouldn't think a company this big does residential A/C servicing and turn-ons/shut-offs, but they do! And they do great work!

 + -1 moreFabulous. We needed new dampers. I called and was told that they could make the dampers while I waited (about 20 minutes). I went in with the measurements and waited only about 10 minutes. They were very friendly. The dampers were perfect.
