Mr. Ortega's crew performed amazingly well. The crew arrived on time, brought their own port of potty, and finished the job that same day. The site was kept clean. We really appreciated the professionalism displayed by Dependable Roofing. After experiencing rain water in my study because of the heavy rains, it was wonderful to see that the problem had been taken care of so efficiently. The actual proof came when we had two torrential rains following the repairs. No more problems. The flat roof looks great and the valley where the leak was looks the way it should look. The job was well done. Thank you, Dependable Roofing. The following is what was actually done: Flat Roof 1. Remove existing flat roof to a workable surface. 2. Remove and replace rotted decking as needed/replace facial and subfacial as needed. 3. Install 3 inch drip edge along roof edge. 4. Over clean flat roof apply one layer of easy base sheet 5. Apply one layer of SBS rubber roof easy stick roof system 6. Five years warranty on workmanship/five years warranty on workmanship tile roof Tile Roof 1. Remove five feet on two sides of valley up to ridges 2. Install new dry sheet over recovering area 3. Install metal flashing along valley from top to bottom 4. reseal all roof penetrations with plastic roof cement and mortar cement with color 5. Clean site and haul away roofing debris 6. 3 year warranty on workmanship

All the work was done in one day and everything was cleaned up before they left.

Great! Fred Ortega is a very nice and "dependable" person to work with. His crew did an excellent job. We are extremely happy with our new roof.

VERY WELL, VERY QUICK. MR OLVERA WAS VERY POLITE AND ACCOMMODATING. HE SHOWED UP AT MY HOUSE TWICE A DAY. HOWEVER, THE FIRST TIME IT RAINED, THERE WAS A LEAK IN THE CLOSET WHERE THE HEATER/COOLER USED TO BE. MR OLVERA RESPONDED IMMEDIATELY AND FOUND THE PROBLEM TO BE A BROKEN COLLAR, WHICH HE GOT THE SENIOR ROOFER TO REPLACE IMMEDIATELY. SO FAR, NO MORE LEAKS. MR OLVERA ALSO SENT SOMEONE TO DO MINOR REPAIRS TO THE INSIDE CEILING AND WALL. YES, I WOULD RECOMMEND D.R.P. CONSTRUCTION.

Mr. Ortega and his team were very professional throughout the whole process. They did a fine job replacing my shingles, did an excellent job of cleaning up, and I will definitely use them again should the need arise.

This is the second time Dependable Roofing has replaced our roof due to hail damage. They are always prompt, they are very reasonable compared to other companies, and they live up to their name. I don't think I've seen another crew work so hard, steadily all day with the briefest of lunch breaks. The entire roof was finished in a day and a half. The roof looks great, and the clean up was so thorough that you would never know they were here. Fred is very easy to work with and professional. Communication with Fred was great; phone calls, texts, messages are always returned in a timely manner. I highly recommend them.

I contacted "Dependable Roofing" on November 23, 2015 at 9:05am and spoke with Alex. We agreed to meet at my residence the following day between 1:30pm-2;00pm for an estimate to completely re-do my roof. No one had arrived by 2pm so I decided to make contact with Alex. When I called, he was somewhat surprised and gave me the feeling that he completely forgot about our appointment. He responded by telling me that he was not going to be able to make it. I took the time off from work to meet him for the estimate, the least he could have done was called to tell me he wasn't going to be able to make it. How am I as a customer, who is going to spend thousands of dollars, able to trust a company who cannot even make their obligated appointments?

I really wish all service providers were as responsive and responsible as Alex and crew from Dependable Roofing. I an willing and happy to recommend this vendor.

If you have a leaky roof during monsoon season and need a company to fix it before the next big storm. Don't call these guys. You may be waiting a while.

The worker were top notch. They were able to finish in a day and a half. I would recommend them to friends. It was a little pricey but it was worth the price. I have used them for 5 years.

They also cleaned the site and hauled away all of the old roof debris. The only complaint that I have ( which is minor at best) is that when they replaced some of the eaves, it rendered one of my motion detectors/ lights useless. Other than that I am extremely satisfied with the work done. It has rained several times since the new roof was installed and I have yet to encounter any leaks of any kind.

It went smooth. All the employees were nice, worked and had lunch when they had to. Nobody wasted time, all hard workers. When I hired Dependable Roofing, I automatically went into stress mode. Every time someone hires someone to do a major job, one starts to panic, will i over pay? did i make the right choice? will they do a great job? Well, I am glad i picked Dependable Roofing, they set my nerves at ease and not once did i feel like i had made a mistake. Thank you Fred and Alex !!! See you in two years!!

Came when promised, finished work as promised and cleaned up after themselves with the exception of a few stray roofing nails and small pieces of the old foam roof that I found when weeding my flower beds. We've had torrential rains in Northeast El Paso this summer and I haven't found any leaks as yet so things are looking good so far.

I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly and professionally the job was done. They didn't leave a single nail behind, a big concern of mine having 5 dogs. They were very clean and didn't leave any trash or debris behind either. I'm in the process of buying a new home and I had Dependable come out and inspect my roof because there were a few concerns from the inspector. Dependable gave me a reasonable, competitive quote. They'll be taking care of those repairs as well.

This company came and gave a quote for a possible roof replacement. When they completed the inspection they advised us that a new roof was not needed. They pointed out the areas where repairs needed to be done. They showed us where other contractors had performed sub standard work. They arrived at the job at the date and time agreed upon. I happened to be converting to refrigerated air at the same time and Dependable Roofing was very amenable to working with the Air Conditioning company to coordinate the efforts. This included their doing some additional tasks that were not in the original bid but were done at no additional cost. This included installing the roof jack for free as well as plugging a hole in the roof from a move of an electrical wire mast as part of the electrical work for the air conditioner. They replaced shingles as needed and ply wood where it was rotted. While working they noticed that the sky light was defective and installed a new one at very reasonable price. The reroofing of the garage occurred with no issues. They were very neat and completed by the agreed upon time. They even came back to finish some of the work from the air conditioning job at no cost to me.

Provider first visited house and went up on roof with homeowner to go over the repairs the homeowner needed and then suggested that areas on the roof where standing water was present, be fixed so that water runs off the roof. Provider arrived with the crew about 0700 and completed all of the work in a single day (~11 hours). Pulled off old roof elastomertic and wood board. Replaced all of roof from edge of house to 3 feet back from edge. New crickets were placed to re-direct the water. He drilled through the brick to cut a hole for a new conduit and roof drain so that water could drain from the roof. They cleaned up all of the debris. Work was warranteed for 3 years.

They did exactly what they said they were going to do. The price estimate they gave us was the price we paid. We have not had any other problems with the roof, and they are very dependable.
