I like them. The owner is Matt and he is really good. He is polite and very responsive when I have any questions or issues.

The work went well, the AC/heater worked just fine. He taught me how to clean the condensation collection pump so that I wouldn't have to call for maintanance work in the future. They did however do a small amount of damage when they ran some electrical wiring since I didn't want to have the unit on the roof (they cracked the ceiling in the attic bathroom but didn't tell me, and I have no proof, but I figured I got a good deal overall and just went ahead and had it repaired).

Matt came by and gave us suggestions and estimate, looking at the space available and ductwork already in place. We hired his company for the job, and they showed up on time, were very professional and courteous, and did an excellent job in a timely fashion. They coordinated their work with other workers to streamline the work needed, and were very knowledgeable. They were very respectful and cleaned up after their work day. Any time we have called with questions or issues, Matt has responded quickly and been able to resolve it quickly. It has been a pleasure doing business with him.

I called Matt for a free estimate, he showed up on time and was very professional. I had called about 5 other companies and decided to go with Dependable Refrigeration. They showed up, and got right to work. They finished on the agreed time. They cleaned up after themselves. Overall I'm very satisfied and would use this company again in the future.

They are very professional, and very clean. I just left my house open, and they came in and got the job done. I would highly recommend them. I thought the pricing was fair. I would use them again any time.
