Delta Pest Control & Lawn SVC

Delta Pest Control and Lawn Services did an awesome job for me before as a grounds maintenance/lawn service company, that I hired them to also take care of my pest control services. They are very professional and thorough when it comes to all their services they provide but I really appreciated the complete review they did on the pest control services needed since I live right next to the mountain. Different types of bugs, insects, etc., which they made sure to address. I highly recommend using Delta for your grounds maintenance/lawn services and pest control needs. The services most definitely outweigh the cost!

I want to thank the compassion of Rosie, management and lawn workers. I have hired this company over several years. They are a great company, because of the wonderful people that work there.

I have been using Delta Lawn for several years now. They are professional and I feel comfortable in terms of safety?having them work on my lawn and around my home. I scheduled my appointment with the secretary. The ladies are friendly. Frank?gave me my estimate. He is a kind man and is pleasant to speak with. He is knowledgeable about plants, and answers any questions I may have. On June 24, 2015, the crew arrived to cut my lawn, cut down a tree, trim an Oleander, and general ground clean up. They did a great job. Jorge is an artist. I call him artist, because he will fine tunes the work to give the landscaping a good symmetrical appearance and a manicured look. He takes into account what the customer wants. Ricky and Javier worked hard and along with Jorge left my yard looking terrific. Rene (the tree cutter) did a great job on trimming my trees. He incorporated my desires. Customer satisfaction is important to them and I am glad. I would recommend Delta Lawn company to anyone wanting a great job done, by people that are professional.

Called company and was able to quickly schedule an appointment for an estimate at my convenience. Estimator was on time, courteous and professional. Quoted a price for the job that was reasonable. Company promptly scheduled an appointment to complete the job. The work crew showed up on time. They were courteous, professional, in uniform and spoke English. The crew of 3 completed the clean up quickly and competently and removed all the debris. The backyard looked great. Crew was generously tipped.

|The second time, they dug out flower beds, planted shrubs, laid weed stop and gravel. Again, I was very satisfied with their service. I will use them again.

It went well. They did a great job and kept us on a schedule. I did however "freeze" my services with them for remaining winter months and they agreed to honor my quoted price when they continue in the future.

Extremely professional, courteous, on-time and appears as if they use only industrial strength equipment. In my case, I was looking for a under $200 experience and was quoted quite expensive work that did not seem to make sense for me. It was too intense and overkill which drove the price waaaay up. Gentlemen was again very priofessional and clearly and expert however, seemed trained to push the envelop on price and push more industrial stregnth equipment that was not needed. Later worked with a local handy man to get it all down for $80! I would use Delta if I had a large backyard with multiple stations and required a complicated set-up.

They were on time and sprayed the weeds like they said they would. There was a little bit of communication troubles with their follow up. They came out and sprayed another time and I did not ask for that. However, they did not make me pay for it.

Grat. Needed it to keep our dog safety away from construciton crews doing work on our house. We asked for it to be done on a weekend.They were honest and up front and said it would take another two days to get a crew out there to do it. And they did. It went up quickly and met our needs at a very economical pirce. They were very profesisonal, and considerate of our needs.

The gentleman arrived on time. I told him that I wanted an estimate for weed killer and pest control, and he told me he was not notified about the pest control. He agreed to give me an estimate anyways. After looking at the front and backyards he gave me an estimate for about $500.00! $500.00 for weed killer! He never gave me an estimate for the pest control. I told him I would discuss it with my husband and give him a call back. I have no intention of doing so. It was an outrageous price for this job.

The estimator showed up on time. I agreed to his proposal. He said I would be contacted by the office to set up an appointment to perform the work. After a few days, they hadn't called, so I called them. The individual that performed the work did an excellent job.

Outstanding work. Lawn is beautiful & thriving; watering system was installed correctly and professionally. Excellent attention to detail; crew was prompt and hard working, very friendly, professional and respectful of our property. We hired them to do bi-weekly maintenance and are very satisfied. Highly recommend - quality service at a fair price.

I called them and they responded to me much better than through e-mail. I contacted the web site through that e-mail address and they didn't respond. So I called them and made an appointment so that they could come and gave me an estimate for preventive maintenance on my irrigation system and also to get an estimate for chain link fence along the side of my property and for lawn and tree maintenance of the vegetation around my property. I met with them and they were very prompt. They walked me through everything they could and could not do. They gave me a quote and let me know if there was anything else that I needed. I contacted them within two days to discuss the quote and asked them for an explanation for the services they do provide, seeing that I had services for lawn chemical treatment with another company. Once I spoke to them in regards to what they could provide for me and what I wanted, I set up service for them to do the lawn maintenance and come and treat my lawn and foliage. After that they were very willing to work with me as to reduction that service for lawn service, because once they did the initial service they did a pretty good job and I didn't need their visitation as often to maintain the outside of my house. They were willing to reduce service and explain to me what it is that the cost would be. I contacted them via e-mail and they responded promptly. Overall it has been a very good experience. I've had issues for my wife didn't like the way they did their trimming or their landscaping of the foliage, so that's probably one of the areas where I need to explain to the guys what it is that I want them to do. Or I can write to them in e-mail what it is that I want them to do or not to do, but since then I still have service with them and I'm pretty content with them, and I will continue service with them.

I liked this company, they come and talk about what you want, then give you the estimate right then. The two workers were on time and professional. The only bad thing is it is hard to schedule an appt., they seem to be very busy...

Overall I am very pleased with their workmanship. It is a true pleasure to hire a craftsman in EL Paso that you immediately feel you can trust to do the best job possible. The Delta staff that came to my house were exceptionally knowledgeable about the work they were performing and took the time to do the job right the first time. My wife was extremely pleased with the fact that they needed to move some flowers in order to install the new system, but took great care to handle them gently and replant them. I am very confident that the winter issues I seemed to have every year are now a thing of the past.

I needed a temporary, short, chain link fence to give my dog a place to roam after the 100 foot rock wall between my backyard and my neighbors collapsed. Fixing it became an extended issue (insurance claims, bids, multiple parties involved). I got a few names from the BBB but everyone I called except Delta was either reluctant to send out an estimator or refused to do so because they did not do temporary fences except at construciton sites or becasue the job was too small (the fence is only 17 feet long). I then tried Angie's List found Delta and they did not hesitate to send over one of their subs who listened to me, understood my needs and what I wanted and got the job done as soon as they could. The attitude of the estimator was "let me find a way to help you because I know you need help now," was the great attitude this company brought to the job. In the meantime we don't have to lock our Scotte up inside for hours at a time for lack of a secure backyard. Now I have peace of mind and can continue resolving the downed wall repair with my neighbors. The temporary fence installer even showed me how to remove the fence by cutting four bolts when I'm done with it. All in all they were very helpful. Thanks Delta! (BTW, I also got a better response from Angie's List contacts on getting bids for the permanent rock wall replacement than from my normal source, the Better Business Bureau.)

It went fine. They were professional and punctual. I would hire them again. They did more work than the estimate called for but didn't charge me for the extra work.

I had two different services done. They came out and gave the estimate right away. For one of the services they knocked it out right away. There no problems or issues. For the other service I guess there is only one lady in the office that can schedule that service and she was out on leave. So I had to wait three weeks to get it done. Other than that they were great.

It was a good experience. I would use them again. They arrived promptly when they said they would and they did the work very well.

We were told at a home expo show that the company does landscape design as well as landscaping. Appt easily made at expo. Although timely and prompt on scheduled day, the man who arrived did not even introduce himself to us, certainly was not friendly, and flat out said that we were never told they designed landscape. We certainly were told as we even mentioned we had no ideas of what we wanted other than some grass and a sprinkler system. We needed ideas for the rest. Why would we have wasted our time scheduling an appt if they didn't do a service we were looking for? The man was as unprofessional as they get. If we are ever need a Pest Control company it won't be them! .

Everything was good. They were very professional. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

The work was begun on the scheduled date. The workers were competent, showed up on time, were friendly and pleasant, and cleaned up each day. After the job was completed, some of the the sprinklers needed adjusting, and they came back promptly. And a few days later, they came back and added topsoil to the trenches where the lines had been installed. This is not an easy project to have done in an existing yard. It "hurts" to watch your yard being torn up. However, I am happy with the results. The grass will grow back, and the new system will make my life a whole lot easier.
