David Bailey

He has worked on our heating & cooling, plumbing and electrical and is knowledgeable in all areas. He’s fairly priced (service call was $100 plus the cost of parts). He’s quick to return phone calls, reliable and shows up on time. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

He is a hard worker. All of my friends use him. He always responds to your calls the same day.

As usual, David showed up on time, understood what I wanted done, and suggested a better way of getting the job done than I had been using. He took the fish out of the pond, and put them in a large tub which I provided, removed leaves and other trash,d rained the pond, scrubbed the alge off pond and waterfall water fall surfaces. He also cleaned two pumps and a large pcv elbow that live in the pond and removed, cleaned, and replaced two filters. Once all that was done, he refilled the pond, added declorinator and salt which I provided, and returned the fish to the pond. I had previously bee having this done by another provder (not on Angie's list) who used two men and took about three hours to get the job don. David, working alone, got it all done in less than two hours, did a better job, and asked for about a third of what the previous guy had charged. I was so pleased with his work that I paid more than he asked. This wa the fourth time I have used David's services, and I have been uniformly pleased with his work. Highly recommended!

David understood the problem immediately, consulted the owners manual, and proceeded to replace the batteries in the remote control, solving that problem. He the replaced the batteries in the keypad and reprogramed it, solving that problem. I was impressed that he provided his own tools, including a step stool needed to access the opener to reprogram the keypad, and had the correct batteries on hand in his van. Granted, these repairs did not require a rocket scientist, but I am legally blind, rea d with a great deal of difficulty, and have trouble working on small things. What David accomplished in 30 minutes would have taken me all day, assuming I could have done it at all. I was very pleased with David and his work. He goes to the top of my list for future problem solving.

I am very satisfied with his work and I will use him again. He does a good job and is a very likable person.

I like him very much and he's dependable. The price was also reasonable and whenever I call him, he responds.

If I remember correctly, Mr. Bailey came out, looked @ our screens and gave us an est. per hr, for his service. He was very professional, but the cost per hr was too high for our budget.

Mr. Bailey responded promptly when I left a message to schedule an appointment. He was actually a little early, completed the work promptly and to my satisfaction, answered all my questions, explained everything he was doing, offered information, and provided a referral for work he does not do. I have been using him for about 15 years and he is always prompt, professional, pleasant, efficient, and his prices are reasonable. He communicates well, does not pressure you, and does not overstate his ability. I feel he has always been completely honest with me. He has serviced my heating and cooling systems, installed security lights, a dishwasher, ceiling fans, garbage disposal, security door, plus repaired or replaced a myriad of other things that break around a house. I usually have a list for him when he comes and he never complains. He was referred to my sister by a friend years ago and she and I have used him ever since plus I have referred him to my friends and have always had a good report from them. I feel I always get what I pay for.

Dissappointing.

He is an honest man and does a great job.

He is fair and reasonable. He tells you everything that's going on and he tells you everything he does. He comes when he says he's going to come.
