Description of Work: I had called the company weeks ahead to have an estimate for a shower door. On the day of the appointment, I called early to make sure someone would come. It was my only day off. At around 3 the secretary called and said someone would come at around 4:30, depending on traffic. Well, I waited til 7 and no one came nor called. I called the next day to find out what happened and ask if someone could come by on Saturday given that I had in good faith held up my end of the deal. No one even bothered to call back.
