Went well -- everything accomplished.

I can not say enough good things about Daniel. We have primarily used "premiere" companies (150 Sunset, Nash, etc.) in the past and have been left very much unimpressed and feeling "ripped off" at times. Daniel was the complete opposite. He is very, very knowledgeable about how to address problems and very thorough and meticulous about the way he approaches projects. He communicates every step of the way and made sure he did exactly what we wanted. If he thought there was a better solution than what we thought, he would communicate that but always took our concerns into account. He was very observant and if he noticed problems with other things that he could not address he would recommend how it could be addressed by people we might hire in the future (but never "suggested" friends or who we should use unless we directly asked him for a recommendation). He never tried to "pad the bill" by recommending further or "extra" things that he could "take care of" but did point out problem areas that might need to be addressed even he could not address these himself. His prices were very clear and fair and there were never any "hidden fees" or "we worked longer than expected" BS. His crew was very professional. They limited clutter and mess and at the end of every work day they left the work area as tidy as possible (and were very careful about preventing our small dogs from getting out of the yard). Daniel was very often present at the work site and did a good job of supervising his team. There were never bottles or food wrappers or cigarette butts left laying around. When his trucks or material needed to be in the street they were clearly marked with cones and were left for only as long as needed. If you ever need any tree work (pruning, roots, etc.), landscaping, irrigation, brick or wall work done, I would HIGHLY recommend you call Daniel. I would find it difficult to be disappointed with the quality of Daniel's work. We spent approximately $10k dollars due the the extent of the work involved and felt very satisfied that we go our money's worth (maybe even more due to him pointing out some other things that we needed to have addressed by other contractors).

Daniel came the same day I called to give us an estimate for the removal of two 60 foot pine trees that were close to our 90 degree angle rock walls and swimming pool. He explained what needed to be done and how they would accomplish removing the two trees. He also pointed out that the raised concrete walkways, caused from the tree roots, would need to be removed if we wanted the tree roots ground out which we did. He also recommended the removal of a large, mature ash tree because tree roots were raising the decking around the pool. Our yard would not hold all his equipment and trucks so he had to get permission from the electric company to use the lot on other side of our rock wall for that. On the agreed upon start date he and his 3-man crew arrived on time and went right to work removing the trees, concrete walkways and grinding the stumps. Daniel and his crew worked steadily for two days getting the trees and concrete removed and cleaning up the debris and hauling it away. They did an excellent job with all of it. Yard looks so much better and we no longer have to worry about roots tearing up the rock walls and pool. Daniel and his crew where professional, courteous and hard working. I highly recommend them and will definitely call them again if I need any more work done. Thank you, and your crew, Daniel for all you did. Cost breakdown totals: $950 each for cutting down and removing trees, $300 each tree for stump grinding. Concrete removal $1,000. Plus tax.

It went super and after the first of the year will call them to redo my front yard! When they were finished they cleaned up everything to include the driveway and hauled a ton of trash away!

Went great. If there is one thing I hate it is being held hostage all day waiting for people to show up. Mr. Ruelas showed up on the dot for the estimate and showed up on the date of service and did everything promised. Honest and professional service.

Work to be performed in tight area near shed, power lines, home and existing Live Oak tree and shrubs that were to remain unharmed. Hugh neighbor's pine overwhelmed south side of yard. Pine needles a constant clean-up with too much shade for my plants to flourish. He went up almost to top of pine to open up my yard and reduce the annoying needle mess. Very professional and courteous crew went straight to work. Hauled away as promised leaving premise neat and clean. Have contracted him to repair rock retaining wall tomorrow. I'm sure other contractors may have quoted a better estimate but I wanted a quality professional job without harm or injury. Daniel delivers!

They were a very professional crew and all their equipment was top notch. They showed up on time and really worked hard to get the job done in a timely manner. Their cleanup was unbelievable and I was really impressed with them. I will use them again in the future.

They charged us about $300 for pruning. The tree service guy communicates well and is responsive.

We had a very cold spell and there were a large number of pipe ruptures so it was hard to get someone. I left messages for a number of companies and the only one who responded was Daniel. He responded rather quickly, he came in and took care of it right away.
