Our house went on the market in El Paso at Thanksgiving 2008 when we moved out of state. John took responsibility for handling all the house needs during the 6 months it sat empty, including carpet cleaning and watering the garden. He responded to all our emails and phone calls immediately and we always felt that the sale of the house was a major priority for him, even though we know he handles much more expensive sales every day.

When we began to search for a rental home in El Paso, we contacted John, who provided us information on the homes we were interested in and showed us several homes at our convenience. John was extremely patient while we viewed each home and allowed us to explore and discuss things together as a family without following us around or pressing us for a commitment. John answered our questions honestly without giving preference to the homes for which he was the listing agent. John even provided several great references for discount home appliances to aid us in setting up house. John does a terrific job of blending professionalism with a down-to-earth personal touch and his genuine care for people really shows. We will definitely use him when we are ready to shop for a home.
