+ -1 moreTotal scam!!!! $450 paid in advance for 1 1/2 month service. Cancelled after 2 weeks. No call no show for scheduled cleaning. Had to drain pool and scrub walls ourselves. Had to refill pool to be able to enjoy pool for the rest of the summer. Beware!!! Owner Rick will try to scam you with his knowledge, don’t fall for it !!!!!! 🤬

Description of Work: Rick C. Barnes of Crystal Pools, El Paso, TX required a down payment of $1,400 to purchase a replacement vinyl liner for our backyard swimming pool. The check was cashed promptly by Rick C. Barnes with an estimate of a 3 week arrival. When the estimated timeline of 3 weeks turned into 6+ weeks and numerous excuses, we called the liner manufacturer ourselves to check on the delay. No money had been received so no liner was produced. We have not received a return of our deposit as of this report 4 mos. later.

Description of Work: A deposit was given to Rick C. Barnes for the purchase of a vinyl liner replacement for our backyard swimming pool. The pool liner was not not ordered by Mr. Barnes and we have not received our money. The check was cashed by Rick C. Barnes and he continues to hold our $1,400. We have since replaced the liner with another pool company. Legal proceedings are in process.
