CREATIVE CONTRACTORS

The provider never stated that he wanted Money up front for the job. I accepted his bid and he still did not mention money up front. On the day he was scheduled to start the job he presented me with a contract and stated he needed $500.00 up front. When I stated I never paid money before the job was started he told me he could not work for me. He needed money up fronton all his jobs inorder to pay his crew and buy the supplies he would need for the job.

I hired Creative because the two sprinkler heads in my front yard would not shut off, even when the control unit was completely shut down. Water was running 24/7 for so long that green slime was growing across my driveway...in the desert! Steve's services were professional, complete, timely, and the invoice was surprisingly detailed. (No, I am not being compensated for this and quot;plugand quot;.) I thought the price was a little high for the work performed but I think that of every service I hire. He replaced a sprinkler system anti-siphon valve and an electric valve, and the piping immediately connected to them. He also spent about 30 minutes trying to debug my sprinkler electronic control head, which was not part of the deal. He even cleaned up when they finished. I would hire Creative again. The price was a little high, but he does the job right the first time and that is rare in the landscape business. When I compare him to some plumbers I recently hired, the difference is stark. The (4) plumbers were like Keystone Cops. I had to come home from work and show them where the problem was. They couldn't figure it out. No one spoke English so we had to use the dispatcher as a translator. I had to go back to work. When they left, they locked my house up so I couldn't get in. I had to break into my own house! Jeez, what clowns. Steve was the polar opposite. He came...he fixed...he cleaned up...it was done. No drama. No time off from work. He didn't need me to show him anything and the quality of the work was great. Definitely a good experience.

Creative Contracting was contacted to give an estimate to expose our leaking water line so that our plumber could get into the area and replace it. They quoted flexible pricing depending on what was found during excavation regarding our leak situation. In some areas they had to trench down about 5 ft to get to the pipe. It was a Big job. I was impressed by Mr. Maziottas methodical approach to the job. His team of men worked well together and got the job done beautifully.

Overall it went okay. They were on time and cleaned up after themselves well.

Steve and his crew did a very thorough job of eliminating grass and laying down gray pea gravel throughout almost all of our large backyard. The crew worked hard, the job was done on time, and we have enjoyed it ever since.
