We received several bids for a remodel of a home bathroom. While the bathroom was relatively small, we gutted it down to the studs and rebuilt the shower, retiled everything, installed safety bars and put in a new vanity, over-john cabinent, toilet, sink, light fixture and heater (including some re-wiring). Keith's bid was not the lowest we received but it was competitive and his was a more established company. As is typical with El Paso construction work, the job took about twice as long as originally estimated. He said 5-7 days and it was more like 14. Some of the delay was caused by a back-order of certain items. Sometimes workers didn't show up until hours after they promised time (again as is fairly typical in El Paso construction) but Keith and his guys were honest and they did good work. All in all, this remodeling project had the typical frustrations associated with home construction, but Keith was profesional and reasonably accessible, the end product was really nice and the price we paid was fair.

Generally polite and always willing to come back and fix what was wrong. Had me purchase the fixtures/ valves independently, but it was a little confusing as I wasn't sure if I was ordering all the proper pieces and the extensive options were overwhelming. I felt like I wasn't getting the best deal but Coronado said they couldn't get a better price than me (no wholesale pricing). They were able to match the tile of the other bathroom which we had remodeled ourselves. Had to follow closely to make sure details mentioned during estimate process were completed, such as corner shelves. Clean up was a little sloppy. Plumbing (installing shower valves, knobs, heads, etc) was bad. Initially leaky and valves installed incorrectly so the part seen (the water control plate) was backward. From a distance the project turned out great and price was great. Just try not to look at the valve trim because it's backwards and they couldn't fix it without taking the newly tiled wall apart!
Description of Work: Tear-out existing shower tile and backer board Install two new shower valves in wall at heights specified by owner ADA accessable prefabricated, tileable, shower pan install durarock on shower walls Install ceramic tile on shower floor and walls to ceiling, 120 sq/ft Tear-out bathroom doors, wide openings for a 30" wide doors, install and paint 30" doors Repair floor tile and touch-up paint as needed Tile allowance $ 3.00 per sq/ft (ended up being more expensive) Allowance for two shower valves $175.00 each (more expensive than quoted) Installed 4 corner shelves

They showed up really quickly and on time, but it took them over a week to get my quote to me and then they never got back to me for a follow-up afterwards. I had to call them everyday to see if they had my quote, they said we are working on it and they never got back to me at all. Then once they finally got me my quote, they never followed up to see if I wanted to go with them. When they showed up at the house to do the quote, they were pretty good, friendly and interested in working with me. However, when I was working on actually getting the quote it was more of an impatient thing, like "we will get it for you, we have other customers, we are working on it, maybe today, etc."
Description of Work: I got a quote from Coronado Contracting Services Inc for remodeling my kitchen, but I did not use them.

Overall, we were very satisfied in their work.
Description of Work: Coronado Contracting was the firm contracted by Home Depot to install new kitchen cabinets. We also used them to make modifications to the kitchen (remove a wall, install a new header, etc.) and install appliances. The crew is very conscientious about their work.
