Clean Water of El Paso

It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Clean Water has served El Paso for 30 years and is the longest standing water filtration company in the city. The owner is honest, caring, and a consummate professional. He continues to ensure our system is in great working condition. He took care of our office as well. I would highly recommend Jay and his team!

Installers were very knowledgeable and professional. Couldn’t be happier with them.

I called them to have maintenance performed on my water softner system. I called initially and left vm. They returned my call and scheduled an appointment for today at 12. When no one showed up or called I called them and was informed he needed to call the techs and see what's going on would call me back. Never heard back from anyone. Worst customer service experience. Think twice before contacting them.

It is with great pleasure that I write this review. Mr. John and Mr. Carlos were great to work with. We needed a whole house filtration system and while doing our research we came across Clean Water of El Paso. A locally owned company with great service, Mr. John is very knowledgeable in his trade and the systems they install. Both him and Mr. Carlos are very professional and explain step by step about what they are doing and are always available to answer any questions. I realized we had picked the right company when Mr. John came back the next day to deliver salt for the system. He double checked to see if my sprinkler system line was hooked up to the filtration system which I did not want it to be. After he realized it was, Mr. Carlos came back a few days later to separate the lines. Keep in mind this is all after they had already gotten paid. But it shows great character and lets you know that you as the costumer are what matter. That is something that you don’t come across to often now a day. I highly Recommend Clean Water of El Paso a Local company who is not happy until you are fully satisfied. WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH OUR SYSTEM AND THE SERVICE THAT WAS PROVIDED!!!!

John came in and checked the system replacing the filters (3of them) and was finished in 30 minutes. Very pleasant to work with. Highly recommend him. Love my filtered water.

We moved to the upper valley on a well system. The water was very hard and smelled like rotten egg. We had a couple of companies come out. We decided to ask the neighbors what service they use. The majority used Clean Water of El Paso. John came out and tested our water for free and explained thoroughly what options we had. We had a Clean Water of El Paso system installed. The installers were very professional and clean. Our water is great I love it!
