We are very competitive in price. We offer a wide range of services not listed as well we are a general contracting company. We do subcontract with commercial jobs as well if requested. We always ask for the price of materials down and half of the labor up front. we do sign contracts and give out proposals. We let our work speak for itself and have customer references.

for the most part very well, had some issues.... some were addressed. tried to contact them with other issues....

Providers made errors repeatedly, tile had to be re-ordered, shower door size took almost 3 weeks. Good work but VERY slow progress and very messy.
Description of Work: Remodeling master bedroom, laying wood flooring in bedroom, modifying one walk-in closet wall.

They did an excellent job. Henry, the owner, was here the entire time for the air conditioner work, helped get the roof repair started, and worked on it for a while with the guys, then left them to work on it on their own. He came back after they were finished to make sure everything was done properly and had them do some more work because he wasn't satisfied. I think their prices are reasonable, their work is good, and they are timely.
Description of Work: They took down an old air conditioner and installed a new one. While they were here, I found out they also do roofing. So, I had them back out to make some roof repairs. I also had them install a turbine vent where a second air conditioner could have been. I saw no need to have two air conditioners if an updraft vent would have been installed.
