CASA CARPET AND TILE

Description of Work: The tile job was good and completed in a timely fashion, however, the grout clean up was not. I called them back twice to finish the clean up. I finally ended up doing it myself. No easy job for a 77 tear old.

Description of Work: Ordered hardwood flooring and installed 300 sq ft.

Description of Work: After hearing about Casa Carpet and Tile from a contractor we decided to give them a try. We were looking for ceramic floor tile to replace the vinyl flooring in our kitchen and bathrooms as well as new carpeting for the rest of the house (approx 1200 sq ft). The salesman (Charles) was very knowledgeable and took the time to show us a good selection of tile and carpet in the price range we provided without rushing us even though they were extremely busy that day and he had a number of clients waiting for him. We selected a good quality ceramic tile and carpet from what was available in their inventory and were able to arrange for the installation of the carpet and pick-up of the tile which I would be installing myself that same day. Pick-up of the tile was not difficult but did require me to go to a different location/warehouse whose employees are obviously more accustomed to dealing with contractors than the general public. The carpet installation was by a third party contractor who showed up as scheduled, removed the old carpeting, layed the new and was out the door by mid-afternoon. Of note: The installation was preceded by a call from Charles to let us know the contractor was on his way and followed by another call a few days later to see how the install went.

Description of Work: I called Casa Carpets after being disappointed with two other companies. I had flood damage and needed new laminate installed. I was contacted back immediately by Charles a sales representative from the company. He was very professional and made a special trip out to my house ASAP. He brought several samples and explained everything in great detail. I selected the floor and he recommended an installer. I could not be happier with the floor itself, the service I received and the installer. I would use them again in a New York minute.
