Description of Work: I ordered carpet for my son's room after ordering it it took over a month to finally install it. That night after installation my son started screaming. We rushed into the room and he was covered in bed bugs. Before the carpet came we had no bed bugs, now we can't get rid of them.

 + -1 moreThe whole process went very well. Jimmy came to our house, evaluated the work needed to be done. Then I went to his store to choose the new flooring. He sent out a very professional team of workers to do the work. The work was done quickly and professionally and the moving of furniture in and out was done carefully.
Description of Work: Because of flooding, the insurance paid for most of the work done and we decided to do the whole house, not just the damaged flooring. The work was contracted out by Carpet one and the estimate and choosing flooring was handled by Jimmy of Carpet One. He was very knowledgeable and helped us greatly in choosing new flooring. He even invited us to his mother-in-law's house to see her flooring, to help us in our decision.
