The house itself is very nice, and we think it was priced well considering what else is for sale in the area. There were some small issues during the close, but they are being handled and the company has been pretty responsive. They have a one year "bumper to bumper" warranty on the house, but we've yet to use that so I can't comment. Overall, at this point in time I would recommend Carefree to another purchaser. I would say that it's important to communicate what you want and stay on top of them during the close/inspection process to ensure things go as scheduled.
Description of Work: We purchased a new home from Carefree in May of this year.

They have been wonderful. They were quick to respond. They are always available. I kind of have to use them again.
