+ 5 moreHe is very good. He is not cheap, but he is not terribly expensive. He has done work for me for a very long time. I had bought a lot of houses and restored houses for awhile and he did a lot of work. He actually was able to figure out how to do a very difficult kind of thing. It is pirouette around the top of the house. The house is a Mexican type of house and it has a crown like stuff at the top of it all around the house, and parts of the little garden area had fallen off, and I did not know if that stuff was made in place through a form or those used to be bricks that they brought over from Mexico because that is very typical in this area. He got a guy to make him a Styrofoam mold. So, he molded it in place. He did a fabulous job, but he always does a fabulous job. I just had him come and do all the work. I just pay a little bit more, but you do not have to redo anything that he does.
Description of Work: Azartes Painting & Remodeling does a lot of work for me. He fixed a concrete pirouette in my house. We have a high water table here in the valley and some of my posts that were holding up the car port were sinking, so he jacked up the car port and poured concrete and got it fixed. He also did painting. He also did all the repairs on my ceiling from where I had roofing leaks. He also put up the hanging things that I needed in my wall for my pictures because I had adobe walls. It had to be done well so that it would hold. He also fixed the handle that turns the water on and off my shower. He replaced two toilets for me. He does everything.
