Description of Work: Detailed inspection of the home and property for any problems. He reviewed the home from top to bottom. This inspection took about 5 and half hours. I would recommend Scott to anyone that asks.

Description of Work: This is an update from my last report on this individual. His name is Scott Robason. Unfortunately, I made my previous report before this job was completed. As I stated in my last report, the day of the inspection was very good. However, I have yet to receive my inspection report. I was told I would receive it the next day. We have waited patiently for it. Now I keep calling, over and over and still no response. I have left several phone messages, text messages, and emails. I had such high expectations for this individual and this company, but we have been poorly disappointed. And the worst part of all is that we have now lost any support for the repairs on the home that we were trying to buy. Because he has failed on his part, we have lost this home. Please be cautious if you decide to use this company.

Description of Work: What an incredible experience! From the beginning, Scott reminded me that our lender would require a termite inspection, so I was able to call some one else to do that too. He took into consideration our option period and scheduled the inspection for the following morning. and he requested that we be present during the inspection so that he could answer any questions we had right away. On the date of the inspection, he was early and prepared. He was extremely thorough. He did not miss a thing! And most importantly, he explained everything he was doing and why, if any, he had any concerns. He would explain serious issues versus not so serious issues. In addition, he also explained how we could correct anything he found. He was not rushed. In fact, what normally takes 3 to 4 hours to process, took us 6 1/2 hours because of all of the questions we had! He seemed sincere and genuine. It almost appeared as if he was buying the home for him and his family! His report was very thorough! This is important because this is what you use to negotiate. If for any reason we do not end up buying this home, we will definitely use his services again, and highly recommend him to anyone!

Description of Work: Inspected all appliances thoroughly, tested outlets, breakers, arc breakers, tar on the roof, mason work, interior work, caulking, sealing, everything! Demonstrated and/or explained how to maintain items, how items work, where certain things drain, how things should be installed and how to diagnose some common household issues.
