+ -1 moreI was very satisfied with their quote and you couldn't find a more professional or personable person than the company owner, Eddie. He was fantastic and I really wanted to give him my business, but the installation price was the major determining factor. Eddie arrived on-time to my house to look in greater detail at what the job entailed. I ended up going with another company because the installation price was just quite a bit more than what I found elsewhere. I liked that Eddie only charged half the installation fee upon contract signature, and half when the job was complete. I also liked that he only made you sign a two-year contract. I would highly recommend Eddie if you need an alarm system. His central monitoring station is one I use for another house I own in another city, and I have not had any problems with them for several years.
Description of Work: Called company to get a quote on residential alarm installation and monitoring. Quote was for installation of a three bedroom ranch style house in West El Paso that did not have an existing system. Quote was for a two year agreement and a base install price of 650.00 that included 1 keypad, 1 control panel, 1 siren, 1 battery backup, 5 motion sensors, 1 glass break sensor and 4 door sensors. Monthly monitoring was 35.00 per month. Equipment was a combination wired and wireless system using Honeywell/Ademco and GE products.
