Description of Work: Replaced shower value through Landmark home warranty. Came quickly but wanted to start work at 4 pm--it would be at least a 2 hour job. I asked for and got another appointment, but it was a week later. The job was not complete--another week to fix it completely. They seem to be very busy, and have too much work to schedule promptly.

+ 0 moreWhen I called this provider, he was quick to respond. He told me he was available within an hour and he was on time and had the toilet unclogged within 15 mins. He used an auger that would not scratch the ceramic bowl. He unclogged it on the third attempt but ran then snake three more times just to make sure the clog was completely clear.
