When they showed up they had too small of a truck and not enough man power. They made me rent another truck. Because they were un prepared the cost was double what it should have been and took twice as long. They were careless and sloppy and unprofessional causing a lot of damage to our furniture. Before unloading they told me that I had to pay in cash. I told them that I do d not have cash and they said they would keep our belongings in storage until they were paid cash. After a shouting match on the phone with the owner I paid by check. After seeing all of the damage that they daused I threatened to sue them for the damages and they told me to "get in line." Do do not do business with this company. They are unethical, unprofessional and not to be trusted.

They arrived on time and went to work right away. They were very careful of the furniture and the move was completed in the aloted time. Very satisfied with the two young men who did the work.

Person never show up for appointment to do estimate or call to confirm or change scheduled appointment. The persons answer the phone (Austin) was very rude when I kept calling asking where the person was. If the are like so irresponsible for estimates and so rude over the phone I can't imagine how their services are.

No complaints. Experience went well.
