 + -1 moreI feel that because it was his fault the contract was completed incorrectly that he should have to pay the difference, however no one will return my calls to discuss the matter. Please find another agent.
Description of Work: This agent was unwilling to help complete the request to have my escrow money returned to me, after he submitted the contract wrong to the mortgage company and a new contract had to be rewritten. Which because of the time factor the seller accepted another contract and I was left out in the cold. The seller was then unwilling to return the entire escrow amount and he was only willing to refund 250.00 of MY original deposit of 500.00. I am now out 250.00 and this real estate will no longer answer my e-mails or my phone calls. I have contacted the manager at the century 21 office to no avail.

 + -1 moreThis real Estate sent us to look at a home without him never offered to meet us at the address and then on the following day sent an e mail asking if we liked the property. He also never offered to show us any other properties. He scheduled an appointment at a home that I was thinking of purchasing and the insurance company needed access to the home, he forgot about the appointment and arrived 45 minutes late after two phone calls from me. Please find another agent or better yet don't use one.
Description of Work: He was to show homes for sale listed in the El Paso area.
