+ 0 moreOverall Alameda Plumbing dropped the ball and delayed the cleanout of roots form our sewer line by more than a day.
Description of Work: Called them, set upo time for appointment after lunch, but before 5:00 PM. They never showed up. The next day they showed up at 9:00 AM and my wife was in no mood to answer the door. She called me and told me what had happenned, so I called another plumber, Surety Plumbing and they showed up right away, the same day, did the work for a low price and gave my wife a kitchen refirgerator magnet for a $5 discount off our next service call.

Description of Work: They unclogged a shower for me.
