This roofer will delay, does NOT communicate, does work half way and will leave you to finish the job yourself. They will NOT provide you documentation of the install or the manufacturers warranty for the install. You will have nothing to provide to insurance providers as proof of the install or for warranty purposes. They didn't even respond to a lawyer's letter requesting they provide this simple documentation that will be required for you to get the insurance discounts. Sometimes the great price is not worth the hassle and that's the case here. Had interior damage caused by their delays in getting the roof on which they promised to take care of. It didn't happen. Had to fix it myself. The devil is in the details and this company doesn't do the details. You want a cheap roof go for it, but i wish i had paid the extra 5 grand for one of the other bidders. It would have been worth it in the long run and I would at least have an install/product warranty for my roof.
