New Can lights in living room were wired to fan so burned out the NEW fan.( per new Electrician) The bathroom, never delivered the cabinet and plumbing under bathtub, was supposedly replaced, new plummer said pipes are old. Without replacing, will continue to back up. Added to invoice things that were not done. Permits were never requested. took a lot longer to complete. Voided warranty because I would not pay things she added that were not in writing. So now I have a brand new tub that does not drain and can lights/ fan that do not work correctly. SO DISAPPOINTED

They did a credible job of the cleanup. Construction was a different issue. Contract items were not honored without careful attention and multiple corrections. Subcontractors reported that they had not been given items to do that were in the contract. Cabinetry had to be pulled out because it didn?t meet specifications on materials. Roof was initially pitched into a wall instead of sloping to side of building. Concrete ramp had to be replaced because of improper slope. They bid low, and we have a building, but don?t hire them unless you?re prepared to carefully monitor and insist on compliance.
Description of Work: After a fire burned the 'mother-in-law' apartment behind our home, they demolished the structure and cleaned the site, then worked with us on a design to replace the structure and constructed it (storage rooms, bathroom, kitchenette, bedroom).

They did complete remodelling on the house. They did all the interior work including laying tile, plumbing, electrical work, framing and foundation work. Their strongest point and the reason we originally chose them was because they are good at coming up with solutions with the things you want to do. They are very creative and they have a good idea on how things fit together and how to get the most of your work. We did have some problems with the foundation and I am talking to them about it. We are continuing to work past that. They continue to respond to any problems that come up. They contracted someone to do the counter tops and cabinetry. As we go past the time of construction it is getting increasingly difficult to get people out and it just takes a while and several calls.
Description of Work: I used the service of Aim Construction & Remodeling in January 2010 to put extensions on our existing rooms. We added new rooms and a new roof.
