ACTION ELECTRIC

My husband called their office, scheduled an appointment, and was given a 10:00 arrival time. At 11:00, he called again, asked if anyone was coming, and was told they were "held up" but would arrive shortly. They arrived around 11:20. They identified the problem--the fixture needed two new sockets--and announced they were leaving to pick up the materials since they didn't have any in their truck. Thirty minutes later they returned and fixed the fixture (we think, since this just happened today). We asked them to give us an estimate for some other work, which took them around 15 minutes, and they took 10 minutes to write up a bill. For this we were charged $182.00, most of which was two hours of labor, although they certainly didn't work for two hours. They even included in their time the estimate and the ridiculously long time it took to write out a bill. We don't mind paying a fair price for electrical work, but this seems excessive. In addition, they were late and no one from the company bothered to inform us they wouldn't be on time. To add insult to injury, the workmen wrote on the bill that they were scheduled to arrive between 10 and 12, which was NOT what we were told.

They were quick and had someone out to the home within 15 minutes and fixed the issue within 15 minutes.

They were very good and did a good job. They showed up when they said they would. They were prompt and knew what they were doing so I was pleased with that.

I have used Action Electric for over 20 years. WOULD NOT CALL ANYONE ELSE!!!!!! Richard is the greatest and all the people who work for and with him reflect his business professionalism. Several years ago, I lost power to half of my house. I called Richard and he said not to open the refrigerator and they would be there are 8:30 am. I called at 10pm and they were at my house the very next morning. I have also called him to fix electrical problems with my swimming pool.

They were always on time and did the work according to my expectations.

They were very good. One of the chandeliers came defective from the manufacturer and the electrician went to Home Depot and bought the parts and repaired it. We have also had them install some outdoor lighting and also some additional fixtures in our home. They are excellent. They are here exactly when they said they would be here, the work was very good and they cleaned up after themselves. I would use them again.
