 + -1 moreall was prompt, he worked clean, was courteous and professional in every way. the fellow who came was juan, who is not the owner, but represents the firm well. the charge seemed a bit high, since he was on site less than an hour, but i'm happy to have the work done that i was unable to do. i will call ABC again, when the need comes up.
Description of Work: removed/replaced the screws that had been used for a deadbolt, but were the wrong ones and the deadbolt came loose. while we were at it, i asked him to examine and secure the other locks in the house, which he did.

Description of Work: rekeyed all the doors alike on my rental unit so that I only need one key to get into any door and I only have to give one key to my new tenent. They were on time, did the work as stated and cleaned up after themselves.

 + -1 moreOverall, ABC did a great job. It was the only locksmith able to arrive on Monday morning, although they did not arrive exactly on time; their prices were competitive. They took extra care to ensure I owned the house before opening the door. Once inside, ABC did their work quickly and unobtrusively. ABC seemed very knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. Job well done!

Description of Work: Excellent service and very timely. They did such a good job of changing and fixing our locks. We thought we would have replace several of the locks but the locksmith fixed them and they work like new. Highly recommend this company. Wish I could specifically name the worker as he was professional and did an outstanding job.

 + -1 moreI lost the keys to my small home safe so i stopped by ABC Lock and Key. I asked the locksmith if he could open the safe for me. He followed me to my car in the parking lock where I opened the trunk and in two or three minutes he had the safe open for a charge of $5.00. He explained that he would make a new key for $15.00 if I wanted one. I decided to have a new key made and in one hour I was on my way with my new key. This whole operation was done very professionally and was an enjoyable experience.
Description of Work: Safe opened and new key made.
