It was a pleasure working with Alonzo and his crew during the install of a refrigerated AC unit at my Mom's rental. Alonzo was quick to respond and survey job. His quote came soon after. Work began as soon as all equipment was ready to send on site, which was soon after parts/materials were ordered. Some issues came about (our furnace area very tight so some mods were done to fit new unit), but Alonzo and his crew made sound decisions to rectify matters quickly and result was perfect. Job completed within a couple of days and our tenant (and us) are extremely happy with the work that Aaron's Heating and AC did for us!!

Alonzo (manager) was always available when I needed information on something and kept me informed on the progress of the work. The workers were all very professional, polite and cleaned up after they finished. Even after heater was installed, Alonzo checked up on me to make sure the heater was working well. Great Service! Definitely going to use their service again.

It went flawlessly. We previously had another company come out and they were supposed to come back and after about a week after they did not show back up and did not return contact with us we reach out to Aaron’s they were there the next morning and then repairs and had our system completely repairs the day after that. They gave a 2 hour window which was perfect. We would use them again

In July 2021, Aaron's did an excellent job during our AC maintenance of two refrigerated air units. The technician was very thorough when cleaning and servicing our units and furnace downstairs. I have seen other AC company techs do this same work, but Aaron's tech was by far the best. He left the work areas neat and clean afterwards. Hope to see him again early summer!

  I am new to El Paso, purchased a home that had an old swamp cooler, that didn’t work and had not worked for years. I contacted four heating and cooling services to place bids for a complete replacement to a new modern heating and cooling system, three bids came in extremely high, and the 4th from ARRON’S Heating and Air Conditioning came in just right for my budget. Now I want to tell of my great customer service experience with the installation of my heating and cooling system, Alonzo Perez the General Manager made me feel quite at ease, and walked me through the process step-by-step, this is an employee ARRON’S should be proud to have representing their company, Alonzo did not find any of my request too big or small for him to finish to my satisfaction, I understand that Arron’s is busy this time of year, Alonzo took all the time that was needed to answer all of my question, which means a lot. This is what it means to have great customer service skills, to kindly help me as if it was not a problem. Alonzo and his crew are some of the many reason I would recommend ARRON’S over other services, their professionalism and mostly their kindness that would keep me returning for my air conditioning needs. Alonzo and his crew are truly treasures ARRON’S. Alonzo answered to our call quickly and made it a priority to visit our home to assess the problem. He was able to determine the problem right away and gave us a plan of action. He took care of ordering replacement parts necessary and had a team member on site to fix the problem the very next day. I highly recommend this company.

Perfect. Aarons's provided several workers and completed work in 2 days. One of the reasons it took 2 days, there was a needed to fix roof after the old unit was removed. There had been previous water damage to that area. Once roofer was done' they came in and completed the work. I timed amount that they worked on it and without having to wait for work on roof, they would have been able to complete in one day. Aaron's employees were very courteous, respectful and very hard working. They stayed that second day till everything was completed.

Using Aaron’s was a great experience. Within ten minutes of being on our roof he knew exactly how to fix our problem. Two days later he had our parts and fixed our cooler! The air conditioner has never worked this well. Thanks so much Aaron’s. Highly recommend.

They were timely, efficient, and courteous. Their cost was very reasonable. Would hire them again and recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

Because of a Doctor’s appointment I asked him to come after 5 pm and he agreed. He was very punctual. He was quick to fix it. Since it was a quick fix he only charged me the service fee. He is honest, polite and professional. Highly recommend him!

Mr. Perez responded to my call within the day. He and his crew replaced our furnace in two days. His crew arrived on time and completed the work before noon. They left the area very clean and in great condition. We are very pleased with his work and attention to detail.

update to my previous review: received a bid. It was non-competitive, approx $100 higher than similar services from other bidders. I declined the offer.

Although i was not present for the service rendered my tenants are very happy to have the A/C up and running. They were very pleased with the work and response time. I can honestly say i didn't feel ripped off. Alonzo was very courteous both with me on the phone and with my tenants.

Alonzo was very responsive and had the AC working in minutes. Identified the issue with the wiring and the condensate pump (which required a bigger unit). Replaced the pump the next day and we have cool air back on.

The owner of the company, Alonzo, arrived exactly at appointment time. Work began immediately and explained to me the process and procedure for cleaning the outside coil and inside evaporator unit. The a/c system was low on refrigerant, so he recharged the unit. Everything went well and even returned to check on the evaporator pan due to a leak. That was taken care of without any problem or extra $. Top notch service!

The technician was very professional and courteous. He explained every step of the process and he showed me the reason why I need to change my filter at least once a month because of my dogs.
